TLDR;

  • Work on being honest with yourself first before engaging with Sagittarius energy. If you can’t, then being silent is your best bet.
  • Do not argue with objectifiable truth even if you feel like it’s a personal attack. They don’t care about that. They want to know the truth.
  • If you don’t want them delving into your private life, don’t delve into theirs.
  • Don’t tell them what to do if you refuse what they tell you to do.
  • If you’re going to share your life, be honest ALL THE WAY. If you can’t be honest, DON’T SHARE.
  • Have courage. If they invade your space, explain that it’s none of their business, but do it from a place of care and concern. “Can I have some things to myself, please?” If they want you for something and you can’t do it, be honest about how you feel and don’t back down. If you back down, continue to express your disdain for it in a way that expresses concern for your boundaries and fairness. They don’t have to like it, but they will learn to respect it. If you’re a punk or sore loser, respect drops to the pits of disgust. STAND ON BUSINESS IN A RESPECTABLE MANNER.
  • Be respectful all the time.
  • Learn to cultivate a sense of humor that doesn’t make them the brunt of any joke if you don’t want them to do it to you. Being funny without hurting anyone’s feelings is a respectable feat, one they will learn from and appreciate.
  • Approach your opponents from a place of concern or care. Lack of composure for a Capricorn is “deadly” (Leo in the 8th house).
  • When you establish a foundation of trust with them and honesty with yourself, then you can begin to express your personality, thoughts, feelings, and opinions with them without it turning into warfare. This is because they will have learned to respect you. You want them to respect you; you have to respect yourself first.
  • This sounds like a lot of work to do for them, but ultimately it’s for you. Sagittarians are also your secret friends. As a Capricorn, winning over as many Sagittarians as you can will build you an army of some of the most fiercely loyal people in the zodiac.

Both?? 🤣 I’m trying to spot these f***ers because I’m truly tired of dealing with that certain group that’s out here to take advantage of me or what I can provide and it’s mostly my light and optimism that I feel like people want. 🙄😔“

Understanding the dynamics

 

I’m going to give you the best advice I can think of to handle this. It quite frankly starts with you.
For example, I too have Sagittarius in my 12th house in my solar chart as a Capricorn Sun. I am also surrounded by Sagittarians—my mother, father are Sag suns, my aunts, uncles, and cousins are mostly Sag rising and suns, and my first son’s father is a Sagittarius.
Needless to say, I have a lot of practice dealing with this energy.
Jupiter also conjuncts my Sun.
I may have also benefitted from understanding Sagittarius because I’m a Scorpio Rising with both Saturn and Pluto there. They are my 12th house and I am theirs.
✨ Let’s start with the basis of this interaction (without consideration for planetary placements which can negate some of these observations).
Sagittarian energy, in simple terms, is truth-telling—subjective or objective. They have a knack for just blurting out things the way they see them, and for Capricorn, this is horrifying. Naturally, with Pisces in the 3rd house, we want to keep a lot of secrets, even more so with Sag in the 12th.
Keeping as much about ourselves private and not admitting to things we don’t want to admit to.
Oh sure, Capricorn believes they are being honest, but this is only when it serves them. If it serves someone else to be honest, well, that’s when the mental gymnastics pop up.
Do they want your honesty to use it against you? Will your honesty be used as the brunt of a joke? Does being honest give them the upper hand to take advantage of you? Does Capricorn want that to happen?
Hell No.
So we assume bad intentions; the energy of Sag in the 12th—it stems from fear.
Sagittarius can have a bad case of investigating to their detriment. Wanting to know it all is their Aquarius in the 3rd house trait. The problem lies with investigating secrets or invading privacy—Scorpio in their 12th.
Capricorn and Sagittarius share this behavior, just in different ways. This could explain their Karmic lock being positioned right next to each other. Sagittarius will invade privacy for manipulation and power, Capricorn will invade privacy to take advantage of the information.

But we want to know how to stop this from happening:

 

You have to know that Sagittarius values Capricorn energy—one of the reasons they flock to them like cattle on open green pastures. Capricorn is the 2nd house of Sagittarius. I’ve helped many Sagittarians with ways to earn money and structure their morals and values. All of their business and money-making endeavors have increased significantly when they put my plans into action. Knowing my value to a Sag makes it easier to know how to interact with them.
Their knowledge, when it comes to their values, takes a turn for the better when I share perspectives that expand them or give them something to think about. I am slow to respond and I learn to listen more.
What I attempt to avoid AT ALL COSTS is arguing.
Not because I am allowing them to get away with any false ideas, but because they enjoy it. They have Aries in the 5th house.
Capricorn doesn’t enjoy arguing. They enjoy comfort (Taurus in the 5th) and fighting isn’t exactly comforting, especially if they believe it’s at their expense. The conundrum is Capricorn has Aries in the 4th house. Fighting, at the foundation, is written for them. There’s almost a feeling from them that you should feel right at home with their disputes. When you get serious and mean, you are now the “poor sport,” “can’t take a joke,” “it’s not that serious,” or any variation of these statements. Worse yet, “What we were saying must be true, look at how you’re acting,” or “You just can’t handle the truth,” or “You’re too busy telling people what they need to do while you have issues.”
Cultivate the phrase “Stay on point”; it should be a motto. A sense of detachment should be a value for you (Aquarius in the 2nd), being nurturing should be used in your dealings with others. It’s a kind of low-handed trick, but you can practice by pitying your opponents. It will remove frustrations if you feel sorry for them—don’t tell them that, though. It’s for your benefit to get you in the habit of expressing care and concern.
Sagittarius needs the Capricorn energy that can stand on business. The only way you can do that is to start facing your own truths to the point where they can’t be used against you. It’s admitting all the time when you are wrong or don’t know. It’s waiting to be invited to give instruction. What happens when you don’t is projection. These are the qualities you “think” you need from them, but you’re the one that owes the Karmic debt to them.
They are YOUR 12th house, not the other way around. You don’t need them to be Capricorn, you need them to be Sagittarius so that you can cultivate a path of wisdom.
They will teach you to be honest, not to everyone else, but to yourself. They will teach you how to approach fire, turning a blaze into steam. They will teach you to be solid.
Here’s an example: A family member makes fun of me for my memory lapse. My response was, “You’re right, my brain is wonky sometimes. I tend to forget things.” It was genuine. Not because it demeans me, but because it’s the truth. My memory can lapse sometimes. I also know they would love nothing more than to beat the truth out of me, enjoying every step of the way regardless of how I feel about it, so I don’t give them the satisfaction.
The result: The other Sagittarians in the family turned on the member that tried to humiliate me. Why? Sagittarius respects courage. What else can they say about it?
“You need to work on that.”
“This is true, I’m trying.”
“Don’t try, just do it.”
“That’s the truth, I can’t argue with that.”
END OF STORY.
Arguing with the objectifiable truth is a disaster dealing with Sagittarius.
It’s not about you.

The results of Uranus in Taurus are about to surface in new ways: the morals, the money, the values cultivated during Taurus are now colliding with the mind, with communication, with our day-to-day interactions. AI, especially language models, will get a massive boon from this transit. The friction people felt around the morality of Taurus will now show up in how they think, write, and speak. Unlike fixed Taurus, Gemini is an influx: a constant stream of fresh perspectives, chatter, and ideas. It also signals heavier delineations worth watching closely (you can see below where I’ve expanded on some of those). On an even more mundane level, I wouldn’t be surprised to see literal wind storms, dust storms; tech carried on the wind, so to speak. September 5th, 2025, Uranus will retrograde, so until then, take notes. Observe how Uranus in Gemini behaves, how it disrupts your thinking and your communication. When it dips back into Taurus from November 2025 to April 25th, 2026, you’ll have a window to recalibrate what you value and how you spend your money—before Uranus reenters Gemini for good until 2033.

So my partner, true to his Moon in Capricorn, says I “play Libra” a little too well. 😂 I’m heavy with Capricorn energy, which means my public persona leans Libra (Solar Energy), and having the Moon in Libra only amplifies how that shows up outwardly. However, I’m also steeped in Scorpio energy as a Scorpio Rising. Which, of course, puts Libra in my 12th house. So internally, I definitely oscillate between wearing my b!+ch hat and being amicable. He ✨knows✨ me. He knows I’m not exactly nice. But honestly, I’m not convinced the world could handle the full unfiltered version of me and still offer me grace. What say you all? Should I sting more, or keep coloring the world pink? 😆
